Chewy.com, headquartered in Dania Beach, Florida, was founded by people with a serious passion for helping pets. They wanted to bring personal attention and service back into the process of finding food, treats, and pet goods-- making them easy to find and deliver straight to your doorstep. 

Mo Ghayour oversaw Chewy’s in-house creative studios, leading teams of designers, editors, and animators with a strong focus on upholding brand consistency and delivering exceptional content. By driving the strategic planning and execution of video production initiatives, he ensured seamless alignment with the VP of Marketing's creative vision. His impactful contributions generated substantial engagement and business value, playing a key role in Chewy’s successful acquisition in 2017.

Before the branding department was established, Chewy Studios operated primarily as a production studio. Stepping into a strategic leadership role, he worked closely with department heads to define and implement new commercial branding strategies within Chewy Studios, achieving significant product and business milestones.

His responsibilities included developing and maintaining commercial branding, product coverage, video production identity systems, and animation treatments for Chewy’s content ecosystem. Managing both in-house and remote productions, he ensured the effective application of brand toolkits and style guides by editors, junior designers, and animators across all platforms. He spearheaded improvements in production workflows, content development, and customer engagement strategies, elevating the Chewy experience and delivering enhanced value to its extensive customer base.
